When you connect a social account, we may process:

• Public posts, comments, and replies
• Public usernames and profile identifiers
• Engagement metadata (like counts, timestamps)
• OAuth access tokens, stored securely to maintain your connection

We use this data to:

• Understand activity and interaction patterns
• Organize and display information within your dashboard
• Support better visibility into how your audience engages
• Enable you to reply to, hide, or delete comments on your behalf

myidentika uses the YouTube API Services to access your YouTube channel data. By connecting a YouTube account, you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy.

We request the following Google OAuth scope:

• youtube.force-ssl — to read your channel, videos, and comments, and to post replies on your behalf

myidentika uses the Instagram Graph API to access your Instagram Business or Creator account. We request the following permissions:

• instagram_business_basic — to read your Instagram profile, posts, and comments
• instagram_business_manage_comments — to reply to, hide, or delete comments on your behalf
• instagram_business_manage_insights — to read insights data for your posts and audience

myidentika uses automated systems (including AI models) to analyze public engagement data. These systems generate insights, not decisions. You remain fully in control of how insights are used.

We protect your data using the following mechanisms:

• Encryption in transit — all data between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS)
• Encryption at rest — data, including OAuth access tokens, is stored in an encrypted database
• Application-level encryption — sensitive values such as OAuth access tokens are encrypted at the application level using secret keys before being stored, ensuring no raw sensitive values exist anywhere in the database
• Private internal network — communication between our services and database occurs over a private internal network and is never exposed to the public internet
• No third-party data sharing — your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. Any third-party services we use to operate the platform (such as error monitoring or logging) are limited to what is strictly necessary and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes
• Access controls — access to the database and services is restricted to authorized application components only
• You can disconnect social accounts at any time, which revokes our access and schedules your data for deletion within 30 days

Synced comments and post data are retained for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a social account, associated data is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days. When you delete your myidentika account, all data is deleted within 30 days.

To delete data for a specific connected account:

1. Sign in to your myidentika account
2. Navigate to Settings
3. Click Platform Connections
4. Find the account you want to remove and click Unlink

Once unlinked, that account's data will no longer appear in your analysis. Any previously synced data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

To delete your myidentika account entirely, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

You can:

• Disconnect social accounts at any time
• Request data deletion by contacting us
• Export your insights (when available)
• Revoke Google access via your Google Account security settings

myidentika is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 13, please do not create an account.

myidentika provides tools to analyze and organize public engagement data from connected social platforms. Insights are informational only and do not guarantee growth, reach, or performance.

You agree that:

• You have permission to connect the social accounts you link
• You are responsible for how you interact with your audience
• You will not use the service to harass, manipulate, or harm others

You agree to comply with the terms of the social platforms you connect (such as Instagram, YouTube, or others). myidentika is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms.

We may update, change, or discontinue features as we improve the product. We aim for reliability, not perfection.

myidentika is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which myidentika operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
